OSU Hall of Honor - Byron Houston Description:By the time he had left Stillwater, Byron Houston had almost single-handedly rewrote the Cowboy Basketball record books. Houston became OSU's all-time leader in points, scoring average, rebounds, blocks, field goals attempted, free throws made, and free throws attempted. He was the only player to lead the Cowboys in rebounding four straight times. He was named an All-American once and earned All-Conference honors on three occasions.
Byron Houston was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the 1992 NBA Draft. Houston would also go on to play for the Golden State Warriors, Seattle SuperSonics, and Sacramento Kings.
