Sacramento Kings Roster Report 2009-02-18

Sacramento Kings Roster Report 2009-02-18
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Beno Udrih, Shooting guard Kevin Martin, Small forward John Salmons, Power forward Jason Thompson, Center Spencer Hawes. Bench -- Forward-Guard Francisco Garcia, Guard Bobby Jackson, Forward Shelden Williams, Forward Kenny Thomas.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Bobby Brown is the latest Kings player to find himself taken out of the rotation. He hasn't played in the last two games after logging just three minutes against Oklahoma City on Sunday. This after Brown had played at least 10 minutes in the six previous games.

--F Mikki Moore was back in the Kings' rotation, having played 13, 19, and 16 minutes, respectively, in the previous three games against Phoenix, Utah and Oklahoma City before Tuesday's game at Dallas. Yet the veteran took himself out of the rotation against the Mavericks, leaving the team on the day of the game to return to Sacramento for personal reasons and missing Wednesday's game at Dallas as well.

--G Kevin Martin is no longer the King of efficiency that he once was. The fifth-year player hit 5-of-11 shots against Houston on Tuesday, marking the 22nd time this season in 32 games he has played that he has hit less than 50 percent of his shots. Martin entered Tuesday's game shooting just 41.8 percent from the field.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--C Brad Miller (left hip flexor strain, out at least until Feb. 18).
