Sacramento Kings Roster Report 2009-11-15

Sacramento Kings Roster Report 2009-11-15ROTATION: Starters -- Guard Beno Udrih, Guard Tyreke Evans, Small forward Andres Nocioni, Power forward Jason Thompson, Center Spencer Hawes. Bench -- Forward Omri Casspi, forward Donte' Greene, guard Ime Udoka, forward Kenny Thomas, forward Jon Brockman.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Tyreke Evans set an aggressive tone early in the Kings win over Houston Friday, scoring 12 of his 20 points in the first quarter. He has now scored 20-plus points for the fourth straight time. He is averaging 23.8 points in that span.

--F Jason Thompson is looking more and more like he has the potential to be a premiere power forward. The second-year player posted his fifth straight double-double against Houston (27 points, 11 rebounds).

--G Beno Udrih continues to serve as a quality complement to Evans in the Kings' backcourt. Udrih's 22-point, four-assists outing continued a stretch in which he has shot 54.7 percent in the last six games while averaging 16.5 points, four assists and two turnovers.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G/F Francisco Garcia (right wrist fracture) is out at least until mid-February after his exercise ball accident on Oct. 9. The fifth-year player was bench pressing with 90-pound dumbbells in each arm when the ball exploded and the weights caused the injury that required surgery.

--G Kevin Martin is out at least eight weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a hairline fracture in his left wrist on Nov. 9.
