--G Kevin Martin re-injured his sprained left ankle late in the third quarter Sunday and did not return. An MRI taken was negative, and he is expected to be out 7-10 days. He first injured the ankle Wednesday against Memphis, then played on Friday against Minnesota despite missing Thursday's practice and deeming his health at "60 percent." "It was a bad fall," Kings coach Reggie Theus said. "It was an awkward fall. I think he came down on that leg, on that foot, (and it) just really couldn't support him."
--In downing Golden State 115-98, the Kings improved to 3-1 when scoring 100-plus points. QUOTE TO NOTE: "The past couple of years, it has been about 60 to 70 percent Warriors fans out here at our home games. When you are that close, you obviously want to get those wins as much as you can." -- C Brad Miller on beating regional rival Golden State on Sunday night at Arco Arena.
