Sacramento Kings Notes, Quotes 2009-11-23

Sacramento Kings Notes, Quotes 2009-11-23--The Kings are 0-2 on their four-day, three-game trip after Saturday's loss at Houston. The trip concludes Monday in Memphis.

--The Kings couldn't duplicate a 109-100 home win over the Rockets on Nov. 13. The biggest differences in the two games: 1) Kings rookie Tyreke Evans scored 20 points in the win, then sat out the rematch with a sprained finger; and 2) The Kings outrebounded the Rockets 54-35 in Sacramento, but lost the battle of the boards 42-38 in Houston.

--Sacramento is now 2-5 when it doesn't outrebound its opponent.

--The Kings have lost five in a row at Houston.

--Call them streaky: Just 12 games into the season, the Kings already have two three-game losing streaks and a four-game winning streak.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "Everyone should be pleased with the way we're playing. This team has heart, but we haven't learned how to win." -- Coach Paul Westphal, after Saturday's loss at Houston in a game in which the Kings led 84-80 entering the fourth quarter.
