Sacramento Kings Notes, Quotes 2009-11-05

Sacramento Kings Notes, Quotes 2009-11-05--The Kings signed small forward Ime Udoka Wednesday. The sixth-year player was cut by Portland before the preseason and will be used as a shooting guard and small forward.

--The Kings were 1-of-7 from the field to end the game against Atlanta.

--The Kings fell short in their attempt to sell out their second home game. Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, co-owners Joe and Gavin Maloof and local business owners had started an initiative dubbed Sellout 2009 with the objective of selling out the first two home games. Yet after selling out Monday's game against Memphis, there were just 11,751 on hand Wednesday in the building that holds a capacity of 17,317.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "The primary problem in the fourth (quarter) was we couldn't stop them. That's what I have to say about the fourth. I told them, 'If I didn't think they were any good, I wouldn't be upset.'" -- Kings coach Paul Westphal, whose team hit just six of 22 shots (27.3 percent) in the fourth quarter against Atlanta while the Hawks hit 11 of 19 shots (57.1 percent).
