Salmons and Francisco Garcia each finished with 21 points as the Kings shot 44 for 89 (49.4 percent). The Kings are 11-40 at Staples Center. Lakers update: Since Tuesday's game, the Kings have had two days to practice. The Lakers, meanwhile, played Wednesday, taking a hard-fought 115-110 win from the Phoenix Suns.
